Resthaven Head Office, Wayville
Four storey reinforced concrete building with undercroft car park, rooftop garden and a soaring, cantilevered internal staircase
Rundle Mall, Adelaide
One new building at 15 Rundle Mall, and breathing life into ageing structures at numbers 17A and 120. All three of these projects involved challenging opportunities to maximise developer retail space with tall facades, airy entries and small building footprints.
Mitcham Village, Mitcham
Three storey shopping centre with two level basement carpark and Wallis Cinemas complex
Bayside Village, Glenelg
An extensive overhaul of the old Bay Junction, including new three storey shopping complex with covered and rooftop car parking
North Adelaide Village
Extensive additions, glazed entry statement, an additional floor of car parking to the existing structure and an earthquake resistance upgrade to the existing buildings.

Saint Peters Girls School
Extensive renovations to the Middle School and Resource Centre within the existing building complex.
Unley High School, Plumbing Trade Skills Centre
New practical teaching building to augment the school's Design & Technology curriculum

Structural Assessment & Upgrade
Marrayatville High School, Building 1
Structural upgrade of the existing building to increase resistance to earthquake forces and accommodation of a new passenger lift.
Playford International College
Feasibility assessment of original building structure in preparation for renovation and earthquake strengthening.
Office Building Assessment and Maintenance, Glen Osmond Road
Assessment of concrete floor and column cracking, retaining wall movement, tile cracking and lateral stability. Extensive earthquake resistance strengthening.
Light industrial & Manufacturing
Elevated Switch Room Structures
Design and documentation of switchroom structures for prefabrication and construction on refineries, power plants and mining installations.
Mechanical Plant Support Stands
Elevated steel stands to support large scale radiators and cooling plant for installation in commercial and public buildings, factories and remote areas, within Australia and New Zealand. Many of these locations are prone to high wind and earthquake risk.
