A family friendly workplace

Welcoming a new child into the family is no small undertaking and, in addition to the minimum wage option the government provides, we are proud to announce our own paid parental leave scheme. Our staff, who are primary caregivers, are encouraged to take up to 12 weeks' leave at full pay, to keep in touch while they are away, and are encouraged to suggest a flexible approach to returning to work when they feel the time is right. This is one of the practical steps we've taken to create a family friendly workplace.
